The Day of Difference Foundation

As part of our commitment to the community, Pitcher Partners Sydney embarked on a search to find a charitable organisation that was aligned with our values, a charity that everyone in the firm could be involved in and one where we could see where we were helping to make a real difference.

We were delighted when we found a charity that was the “perfect fit” for us - the Day of Difference Foundation.

The Day of Difference Foundation is a children’s charity founded in November 2004 by the parents of Sophie Delezio who suffered unimaginable burns to 85% of her body in a terrible accident at her child care centre in Sydney. The Foundation’s mission is to make a difference to the lives of critically injured kids and their families by supporting them on their journey from emergency to recovery. The firm provides support through staff fundraising, client events and volunteering.
