What qualifies me to apply ?
You need to have commmenced a university degree or recently graduated, have permanent residency granted or be an Australian Citizen.

How do I apply ?
You will need to upload a copy of your resume, cover letter, academic transcript, have commenced a University degree and have PR or Australian Citizenship. It should take 20mins to complete your application.

How many students do PP recruit ?
It varies each year although typically we recruit up to 50 graduates, up to 45 Vacationers and 10 Interns (Co-Op/IBL) each year in the Melbourne office.
 
What are PP looking for?
We look for students who are passionate and committed to self development, posesss excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrate initiative, and are keen to work with interesting small to medium enterprises (the middle market).
 
Do I need relevant work experience to apply?
No, however if you have any work experience (relevant or not) you should include this in your resume.
 
Which program do I apply for ?
Graduate Program – for students in their final year of university (or students who have recently graduated) who wish to secure a permanent full-time job before they complete their studies.
Internship Program (Co-op/IBL) – for students in their penultimate year who wish to gain up to one year of work experience
4 Week Summer Vacation Program – For students in their penultimate year who wish to gain 4 weeks work experience over the university summer holidays
 
What is the recruitment process at PP?
If successful, candidates will be sent an e-mail informing them that they have been shortlisted for an interview. The e-mail will contain instructions for the online interview scheduler to book a time for your interview . We will also advise unsuccessful candiates via email.
 
When I come to the interview what should I expect?
You can expect a one on one interview with a member of the HR team, a tour of the office and an aptitude test.
 
Do I need to bring anything to the interview?
You will need to bring the original or a certified original copy of your academic transcript as well as proof of citizenship or residency (ie. Birth certificate).
 
How many rounds of interviews are there?
Typically two, one with HR and one with a Partner of the firm.
 
At PP are you required to rotate between the divisions?
Staff at PP are not required to rotate between divisions. If there are opportunities to gain exposure in other divisions interested staff can request a rotation. We find that our graduates tend not to want to rotate. However, if you want to permanently move to another division we will endeavour to arrange a rotation.

Summer Vacation – August
