At Pitcher Partners, our aim is to foster a Learning Community, by providing a wide range of programs that are flexible and tailored to suit individual needs. Our diverse learning and development offering comprises over 400 inhouse training sessions each year, more than 100 eLearning programs and sophisticated systems and processes geared towards helping our people achieve their learning and development goals.
Training & Technical Excellence
From our comprehensive Induction and National Graduate Training Program to our sophisticated Leadership and Management programs our offerings are customised to suit our specialised needs. Our technical training is expansive and is offered nationally at all levels. This also maximises networking opportunities, knowledge sharing and consistency throughout the national association.
Interaction with Clients
Given our client base is mainly privately owned and middle market businesses, our staff are provided with a far greater range of interesting clients and work opportunities than those found in the larger international firms.
